10TH LALITHAKALA VAIBHAVAM AND 14TH ANNUAL DAY CELEBRATION2014-15

 SJV celebrated 10th LKV and 14th Annual Day from 17th to 20th December 2014 with a great zeal and enthusiasm. It was inaugurated by our chief guest Sri Sri Sri Jayendra Puri Mahaswamiji.

Students were provided a platform to showcase their talents in various categories like vocal , instrumental , dance, Vedic math, Abacus, drama , Fashion show, Yoga , Karate etc. It is worth mentioning that every child had an opportunity to go up on the stage to perform his/her best without any inhibition or stage fear.

The post lunch session on the first day witnessed an interschool quiz competition in English and Math. It made everyone don their thinking caps. 

The highlight of second day's  was SJV super star singer grand finale. It was a maiden competition held at SJV and the staff and students gave their best to make it a grand  success. The judges were Shri Shashidhar Kote and Mrs. B.S Sunitha. It was heart warming to see the tiny tots emerging as winners and holding trophies much bigger than themselves , awarded to them by Pujya Swamiji. Visual Arts Exhibition and science models were on display for visitors in the morning session

On 20th Dec 2014 the closing day, the programme started late afternoon with tiny tots gyrating to a popular Bollywood number, which enthralled the audience. Proficiency prizes in academics and exemplary attendance  were given away.  Pujya Swamiji  showered his blessings on all present. He highlighted the importance of self discipline to evolve into a good human being.

The mega event came to an end with a magnificent performance of much awaited YAKSHAGAANA depicting Sri Kollur Mookambika Mahatme. Prasadam was distributed to all.
