Founding Day

On 5th June 2014 Sri Jnanakshi Vidyaniketan celebrated its 14th founding day along with World Environment day in a simple and meaningful way . A skit was organized by science department which brought awareness about environment. The chief guest of the day was Shri Hayagreevachar,Secretary of the school.He planted saplings in the school garden along with the children who celebrated their birthdays on that day.The Investiture ceremony was also held. The school boys captain Yash Jaju and the school girls captain Mohanapriya of class X were given badges. While addressing the gathering, Shri Hayagreevachar spoke about the growth of the school.  He spoke on the necessity of moral education. He also stressed that students should respect their parents and take blessings from them. He advised them to get up early in the morning at 4 o’ clock, drink a glass full of water and study.  The principal of the school Smt.Jayalakshmi Prakash proposed the vote of thanks. Sweets were distributed to all.
