Annual Day 
​ Sri Jnanakshi Vidyaniketan celebrated its 14th Founding Day and 13th Annual Day on 5th June 2013 . Lighting of the lamp was done by His Holiness Sri SriSriJayendrapuriSwamiji, the chief guest of the day and other dignitaries this was accompanied with Ganesha Sthuthi. The main theme of this Annual Day was a tribute to Swami Vivekananda to mark his 150th birth anniversarydepicting his life and teachings through a dance drama extravaganza. Students presented the different stages of Swami Vivekananda’ s life which was indeed his message and its most important aspects were tremendous positivity, purity in thoughts, selfless love and compassion for fellow beings. The most riveting performance was the dance  drama interspersing  throughout, which was a feast to the eyes. This splendid act was followed by Swamiji’s speech, where he reiterated that it is essential to put the principles of Swami Vivekananda into practice. Swamiji blessed the newly elected leaders of the school and pinned their badges. The programme concluded by giving away prizes to the students who excelled in academics.
